5月19日，巨力索具连续第二日跌停，当前封单额超39亿元。消息面上，5月15日晚间，巨力索具公告，收到中国证监会下发的立案告知书。因公司涉嫌信息披露误导性陈述违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司立案。
